深化职业教育产教融合协同育人,是实现教育链、产业链、供应链、人才链与价值链有机衔接的重要举措。产教融合协同育人存在价值取向偏差与目标协同障碍、资源配置失衡与共享机制不畅以及运行机制不完善与评价体系不健全等现实困境。据此,构建了以产业需求为导向的“三联四建五对接”协同育人模式,即推动目标、价值和资源的深入联结,促进校企多元合作模式的创新建构,实现人才、教育、产业的全息对接“。三联四建五对接”协同育人的实践路径包括:强化“三联”基础,筑牢协同育人根基;构建“四建”生态体系,多措并举推进协同育人;落实“五对接”保障,提升协同育人效能。
Abstract:Deepening the integration of industry and education and collaborative education in vocational education is a significant measure to realize the organic connection among the education chain, industrial chain, supply chain, talent chain and value chain. However, there are practical dilemmas in the integration of industry and education and collaborative education, such as the deviation in value orientation and obstacles in goal coordination, the imbalance in resource allocation and the poor sharing mechanism,as well as the imperfection in the operating mechanism and the incompleteness in the evaluation system.Based on this, a collaborative education model named "Three Links, Four Constructions and Five Docking" which is oriented by industrial needs has been constructed. Specifically, it promotes the in-depth connection of goals, values and resources, facilitates the innovative construction of diversified school-enterprise cooperation models, and realizes the holographic docking of talents, education and industries. The practical paths of the collaborative education under the "Three Links, Four Constructions and Five Docking" mode include strengthening the foundation of "Three Links" to firmly build the foundation of collaborative education, constructing the ecological system of "Four Constructions" to promote collaborative education through multiple measures simultaneously, and implementing the guarantee of "Five Docking" to improve the efficiency of collaborative education.
